Freeroll Information
We have an ongoing freeroll for active forum participants for visitors of the Low Limit web sites (including www.lowlimitholdem.com, www.lowlimitomaha.com, and www.lowlimitstud.com) Information on the current freeroll is available at the Low Limit Poker Forum.
Here are the general rules:
You have made at least 10 total posts, and at least 5 of them since the last freeroll ran AND these are real content posts (where you're either asking a detailed question, providing a detailed opinion or answer, or otherwise taking some time with what you say--one line replies will not fly for this freeroll. Give it some thought and come up with a paragraph! I will be following this rule STRICTLY this time!). You must send me your UltimateBet player name via private message to sign up for this freeroll. I will add qualifying player's names to this thread myself. When this list reaches 30 names I'll ask UB to create an invitational freeroll with a prize pool of $750. I'll schedule it to be two to three days after the list fills up. Most likely on the weekend on a Saturday. Helpful Hints for Posts that Are NOT going to qualify
- Posts that simply agree or disagree with another post (without backing it up with logic)
- Social Posts (the bad beat forum is a social forum, so bad beat responses or posts won't qualify as content posts)
- Posts that sympathize with the poster (this goes with agree/disagree) for example "Oh man I hate it when my aces get cracked like that"
- Posts saying....That was a great freeroll or making some comment about the last or the freeroll they are trying to sign up for.
How you know your post will qualify
- Posts that you think someone would want to search for and find in the future.
This isn't to say you shouldn't make the above kinds of posts, Being sociable is great, just know that they aren't counted towards freeroll qualification.
